| With most network support contracts
you get a fixed service for a fixed
monthly or annual fee. It's a sort of
table d'hôte contract, where you
might not want or need all of the services,
but you still have to pay for them.
That's it - take it or leave it. |
| At Condies IT, however, we take an
à la carte approach, where you
choose what you want from the menu of
services, and you only pay for those
services. We charge a fixed fee per
hour (excluding VAT and travel and subsistence)
and there are no up-front costs. |

| The customer is always right |
| You get to choose the services you
want from our menu. And although we
agree and list these services in your
support contract, you can change them
at any time, to reflect your changing
and developing needs. |

Likewise, you choose
how often you want to use our services
- be it daily, weekly, monthly or
simply on request. And again, although
this is specified in your support
contract, you can change it whenever
you want.
