Any parts we source will be charged at cost.

You need an up-to-date virus protection on your system - it's essential if your system is to survive the increasing number of nasty e-mail viruses these days. Loan replacement PC

While they are onsite our engineers will carry out a full check of your antivirus protection and intruder protection, and will sign a security sheet stating what they have done.
 
     
Remote server monitoring
We can check your server performance logs on a daily basis in terms of the processor, use of memory and hard disk levels, critical events and critical errors. Logs are analysed, differences and errors are noted and we call you to report any potential issues. An alert is sent automatically by e-mail each day.
 
Regular remote administration

Condies IT can carry out a lot of your day-to-day administrative tasks remotely. For example, we can:

They will also carry out a test data restore of random files to make sure that your backup is working properly and check that your tapes are being rotated regularly.
 
Software patching
Software and hardware manufacturers regularly release patches and updates to keep their products secure. Because these aren't always foolproof, the onsite engineer can integrate our own approved updates and patches on your operating systems and applications.
 
Back-up monitoring
Backing up your data is crucial. We can monitor your daily backup through your backup software and, if there's a problem, we'll be right there with our support.
 
Your own inhouse IT department
This is like having your own inhouse IT department at a fraction of the cost. What happens is that one of our qualified engineers visits you regularly to carry out regular network administration tasks. These tasks include a physical server check, adding, deleting and modifying e-mail and network settings, and making other changes to the system that don't justify an expensive call-out.
